Digital ID must be collected in person at an authorised location. Once all required signatories have an eligible digital ID, incorporation may be fully online. This is not a no-visit route for a first-time applicant.

Anyone relying on incorporation alone to obtain banking, marketplace access, tax treatment or permission to live/work elsewhere.

  3. You: complete personal verification directly with the authority/partner.
  4. ITERAQ: coordinate the agreed checklist and status.
  5. Provider: make its independent bank or marketplace decision.

Documents and identifiers

Estonian registry/tax identifiers; VAT and home-country tax position need review.

Ask the partner for its document checklist. No ID copies, personal codes or bank credentials are collected by ITERAQ.

Banking and payments

An Estonian bank can require a strong business connection to Estonia and an in-person opening visit. The official e-Residency guidance distinguishes banks from online payment institutions. Confirm the chosen provider before planning travel.
