Can everyone buy a formation package?
No. A lawful route, partner acceptance, a written scope and confirmed pricing are prerequisites. Research countries have no checkout.
Who forms the company and handles accounting?
A separately verified local professional. ITERAQ provides education, tools and coordination. No candidate is presented as a contracted partner.
Does formation decide banking or marketplace access?
Those providers make independent decisions based on the entity, owners, residence, activity and evidence.
Where do I provide identity documents?
Only through the official authority or verified partner’s secure identity flow. Never upload them to ITERAQ.
What happens if a provider declines?
Unstarted service steps are refundable. Completed work is assessed proportionately under agreed terms. Official fees already paid to authorities are excluded except where refunded by the authority or required by law. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
