2. Remote formation and identity verification

Educational content; not legal, tax or accounting advice.

TR/EN author drafts require qualified review. AZ/RU drafts are offline and need native review.

Separate founder, partner and ITERAQ responsibilities and send identity evidence only to the proper provider.

Where identity evidence belongs

ITERAQ does not request passport images, identity documents, card details or personal verification codes. UK identity verification uses GOV.UK One Login or an authorised ACSP. Verify the destination domain and the agent’s status. Complete personal steps yourself and use truthful personal and business information.

Document checklist and representation

A document checklist is not a certificate of incorporation. Prepare the name proposal, activity, ownership outline and communication preferences. Confirm notary or apostille costs and timing in writing where required. Identity evidence goes to the partner’s secure channel, never into an ITERAQ handoff export.

Separate the timing of each step

Incorporation acceptance, a tax identifier and a bank account are separate milestones. Estonian digital ID collection or Spanish NIE and POA requirements can add dependencies. Do not present a quick registry processing time as the end-to-end timeline. Ask for the starting condition and delay risks for each stage.

Checklist

  • Do not upload ID to ITERAQ
  • Verify ACSP/CSP status
  • Obtain written POA and fee scope

2. Which UK verification channel?
3. Is a checklist a formation certificate?
4. EIN and state filing are?
5. When does an estimate begin?
