8. Launch plan and risk management

Educational content; not legal, tax or accounting advice.

TR/EN author drafts require qualified review. AZ/RU drafts are offline and need native review.

Build a staged decision plan and track risks, owners and evidence.

Days 1–30: validate

Use a small experiment to test product, customer and channel assumptions. List authority and provider checks. Assign an owner and an observable completion condition to every task. Do not commit to incorporation, inventory or advertising on optimism alone; keep missing evidence and spending limits visible.

Days 31–60: controlled setup

Where prerequisites are met, proceed with limited scope. Verify store, payment, order recording and delivery separately. A visible button is not proof of a working flow. Complete privacy and access checks before handling real customer information and obtain consent before sharing a case with a partner.

Days 61–90: review and decide

Review demand, unit economics and operational evidence, separating observations from estimates. Reduce scope or stop the experiment where necessary. Do not sell live group sessions until dates, languages, capacity and a facilitator are confirmed in writing. A roadmap is a planning tool, not an outcome commitment.

2. Before selling live sessions?
3. Before sharing personal case data?
4. What test data should be used?
5. If evidence is negative?
