5. Shopify store basics and payments

Educational content; not legal, tax or accounting advice.

TR/EN author drafts require qualified review. AZ/RU drafts are offline and need native review.

Match product, delivery, refund and payment explanations to the working flow.

Explain what the customer receives

Explain outputs, formats, delivery dependencies and exclusions on the product page. Separate government fees from service fees. Do not label payment confirmation as completed delivery. Keep draft products out of active sales channels and make preview status clear.

Payments and market settings

Check display and checkout currencies together and label estimates correctly. Shopify Payments depends on business-country and eligibility requirements. Do not enable tax collection without valid registration and qualified confirmation. A visible payment button does not prove the order-to-delivery chain works.

From order to delivery

Tie intake to the correct order and preserve it when reopened. Keep other customers’ records inaccessible. Use synthetic data to test validation, duplicate submissions and failure paths. Actual payment, email receipt and delivered-file acceptance each need their own evidence.
